Due to the nature of embroidery software, we cannot offer a refund once the embroidery design files have been sent via email.

If you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs, please download and test one of the free designs first.

If you ordered a CD and it is damaged in anyway, we will replace it for you at no charge.

When you have purchased a design collection or downloaded a free design from Leaenda's Sewbiz website you do not physically own the designs, you own the rights to use them according to this Terms of Use Statement. The purchase of the embroidery designs digitised by Leaenda’s Sewbiz is in fact only the purchase of the license to use the embroidery designs. 

The license to use the designs does not allow for duplication, copying, sharing, transferring by electronic or emailing, burning to Cd’s / Dvd’s or any other media format, reselling, redistributing in any form. The license does not allow you to change the design in any way and then claim that design as your own. Changing the design size or thread colours is acceptable and does not breach the terms of this copyright.

Duplicating and reselling (includes eBay auctions, online, craft shows, etc), loaning to another party, transferring, and sharing in anyway and including free designs to another party is a direct violation of Australian Copyright Laws.

Leaenda’s Sewbiz is allowing only the purchaser of the license to use the designs and embroider these designs. The design can be embroidered on fabric/finished items for sale up to 10 items for each design and not sold via a third party e.g. a distributor. For items that will be sold for charity purposes the number of items is not limited as long as they are not mass produced through a third party e.g. a manufacturer. All items must state on the packaging where the design originated from with a website address only.

 You do have permission to print one copy or email one copy only of this 'Terms of use of Embroidery Designs'. No other permission is allowed written or implied.  

Leaenda uses some artwork used with the permission of the publisher, from royalty free publications of  traditional patterns. Each design is manually digitised by Leaenda and test sewn several times.
