• Original designs must not be copied and sold or copied and given to others.

 

• Designs are electronic design files only. They do not include the software or hardware necessary to transfer the designs to your embroidery machine.

 

• Purchased designs may be sewn onto articles for sale as long as they are not produced in commercial quantities, these designs are protected by copyright. The limit for production is 10 items for sale per design per month. There is no limit for the production of items for sale for the benefit of charities or school/club fundraisers, or for items to be given (not sold) as gifts.

 

• Designs may be modified by individual users but modified designs may not be sold or claimed as your own designs this is a breach of copyright.
